South Track is located at 23011, 24919, 19224. At the end of the South Track I killed 3 half orcs and got 3 scalps (any type will do as long as they say half orc).

Return to Glastra for your reward.

Got drops off Half Orc Seers but not off the Half Orc Worgs and Worg Pups. Looks like they do not qualify as "any" Half Orcs

There are two 'South' tracks - one at the top of the shaft, and one on the bottom. The one you want is on top, across from all of the npc's.
