DISCLAIMER: Your Steps and Tasks may be different [Step #1] I hope you have been honing your skills in preparation for your role in the coming battle against the Siabra. To that end, Dian Cecht has requested your help [again]. [Step #2] Travel to Mag Mell and speak with Dian Cecht about his progress in analyzing the enchanted silver arrowhead [Step #3] Find Dera in the small building in the north part of Mag Mell. Speak with her about the information she was able to gather from the enchanted Silver arrowhead. [Step #4] Dera has briefed you on her findings. to continue the investigation, you will need to find the smith who made the arrowheads. Speak with Dian Cecht about how he plans to locate the Siog's Smith. [Step #5] Find Goronwy's workshop in the Valley of Bri Leith, to the southwest of the entrance to the Coruscating Mine and close to the border with Lough Derg. (This step requires a small group of 2-4. Goronwy is at loc=830,9158,5200 dir=234 Vally of Bri Leith another loc=920, 9258) [Step #6] Kill Goronwy and use The Potion of Binding on his ghost. [Steps #7 & #8] Speak with Goronwy's ghost. Get him to give you as much information as posible. I chose the following options: [The potion compels you] [Tell me about the weapons] [Who received your weapons?] [Which tribes received weapons?] [Step 9] Return to Dian Cecht and let him know that Siabra have already smithed a large stockpile of enchanted silver weapons and are preparing to attack. You are awarded 4 silver and some copper! You are awarded 61,440 experience! REWARD: You receive the Conjurer Bracer from Dian Cecht. If you first kill the 3 gray npcs next to him you hit him normaly :)

make sure you kill the adds first they prevent you from hurting him also you have to kill him where he spawns or you wont get his ghost.

He wasn't in the workshop at first. He came wandering in from the east after a few minutes.
The ghost spawned in the middle of the workshop even though I fought him away from it.

I was given this quest as the Ranger epic 3 also.
For step 5: I found the "workshop" just inside of Bri Leith at 830, 9158. It's just a smithing table with an alchemy table next to it. Dono if they are functional.
Either my weapons were broken or Goronwy has a strong effect on him. My normal unstyled attacks were hitting for 1(-300). It took quite a while to kill him even though he was gray. My styles were hitting for the full style damage (+100ish)with the attack still being 1(-300).
