Traveler's Way -- Supply Run (version 1)

DISCLAIMER: Your Steps and Tasks may be different Characters that were created after Patch Version 1.79 do not receive this Epic quest. He asked me to deliver supplies to a needy outpost near the Salisbury Plain. I talked to a merchant to get the supplies and was then told to go to the bridge near Prywen Keep to meet Lady Aelawen. Once I arrived, I told her I had the supplies and she escorted me to the outpost where I promptly gave them to Commander Blaen. He rewarded me with a nice piece of armor and I was then escorted back to the bridge by the Lady. Just finished this quest as a Reaver, for which you receive a Twisted Bone braclet. Gives +1 to flexible weapon skill and +1 to strength stat.

Theres is 2 versions of the quest, this one has none to do with Snowd. Station.

Thol Dunnin is her name and she is the Smith at Snowdonia Station. She will then send you to deliver the supplies to Ley at the Snowdonia Keep (as you are going toward the castle on the right up the hill). It's actually called Swanton Keep.
Ley's full name is Ley Manton and she is found at 28093,12,274,7992 inside Swanton Keep. You give her the supplies and you get your reward.

I am having a hard time finding this Thol NPC. Looked around Snowdonia Station...no sign!!! HELP!!!

I am a lvl 7 infiltrator and was told to take the supplies to Thol, a merchant, on the way to Snowdonia fortress.... smokes what a ride that was.
Anyway, it's nothing to do with Lady Aelawen.
