Very easy to do, I ran my Servant Necro and Enhance Cleric (both 50) here and was able to get to Wrmonoc and kill him all within 30 minutes. He really isn't any harder than the other mobs in this instance. He cons red with two people and three people, but a fourth person makes him become purple.
