Was just fighting these. Saw one that conned orange to me at lvl 23, so I'd bump up their max. level by two.

My highest mid guy is only 20, so i haven't fought any of these yet, but some random person gave me a Soot Encrusted Cap when I was a lower lvl, so I'm not sure if they drop that too :/
