When I found it, the Trapper was the leader of the 3 roaming mobs in the area, I'll send in the screen shots I took.

But the **** mob do roam or something , i was waiting around 20 min on loc when , he come from behind with friends and atack me lol , and sometime when u hit him sometimes run , eld light , i mezzed all stuned the trapper and chained him with nuked and after run from friends :) no too hard im lvl 49

Found at UF 28k 19k. Its is oj con to a lvl 50 and wonders around with 2 yellows

Do they exist ? I cant find them for quest that isnt even listed here: Underneath it all
