Weeping Willows have very low HPs and they are very suseptable to the spells of a Spiritmaster (both Darkness and Surpression). Very easy exp if you kill them fast. Their spells are very dangerous, sometimes their DD does upwards of 100 points to a level 26 character.
Also, they are hurt BADLY if you cast a CON debuff on them. My SM can go from needing to cast 4+ baseline Darkness DD to needing only two plus my pet wailing on it if I cast my Impair Strength.

these are awesome xp for savages, they con green to me but i can kill a camp with only end downtime, most of em 1 hit kills with a clans call. 1.5 bub + per pop, per camp, not bad for 5 mins work =)

New patch made weep willows have magick, or just made it stronger. They deal out a major 45-60 damage! As my Kobold Hunter this hurts! ALOT!

This is the lvl 10 epic quest for a runemaster, but you have to kill a certain tree, called the Lonely Willow.
It is south of Gna Faste.

If I can recall, this plant is used for a Runemaster Quest, in which you get a staff that raises all you spell specs +10
Actually its the lvl 11 Runemaster quest and its not this one you seek but a Lone Weeping willow, spawns south from guard tower in Gna faste, near the lake
