Vicar Vartail  

Not too bad. Did it with no plate-wearer in the group and one bot.

Aggro Vartail and he will become untouchable. The 8 red/grape mobs will attack. They have no surprises and run like any other red/grape mob. Once those are dead, Vartail will finally attack. He is not particularly hard... appears to be sensitive to heat and he aoe casts cold.
At 50% he will suddenly become impossible to hit and walk slowly away from you. He will mumble to himself for a couple minutes and then come back out fully healed. Just kill him, nothing new happens and he only does the heal trick one time.
Dropped crap, the Necklace which says "This is crap", and the one-time-drop of a bracer called Vicar's Vicarious Vestige:
Bonus to the following caps: Str, Con, Dex, Qui, Acu and HP.
All the caps are 6 except for hits... that is 48. 100% qual.

Praetorian Guard-Perc

Like other minor otd Bosses in LoTM he starts with a cohort of inanimate transubserviants (I think they're called). When you hit him they activate into around 10 red con (to lvl 50) Minos. Again, like other encs of this sort they're easy and don't hit hard. They sort of give up after a while.
The Vicar himself is a wily old devil. At around 50% he stops hitting and retreats behind a skull-shaped shield wall and cannot be touched. After a few minutes he heals to 100% and starts fighting again. Seems easier the second time. Each group member gets a Vicar's Vicarious Vestige bracer (bracelet skin). The Vartails Necklace is useless - one of Mythics little jokes.
