due to email problems i have no ss's for you to see....
but you need to make these items in this order,
one at a time, if they less then 96 quality you have to ditch it, drop, or destroy or (my fav) sell back to merchants but he wont take it if its not!

anyhow, he asks you to answer the riddles,
and here they are...
1) Bedroll Pillow of Gossamer, its 475 Clothworking
2) Saddlebag, rigid 475 leatherworking
3) Wrought Jewlery Box 425 Metalworking
4) Heartwood Curio Box 450 Woodworking

i put them in my hotbar, got the materials,
and made them, then handed them in order to him

he then sends you to see Saffa, whos under the mushroom near veilrift is a merchant, talk to her a second,
and go back to tegvan,
he will ask you what her favorite color is
/s blue
then he demands a tacuil amber vest,
make that and pick your reward,
just like last ones,(if you did them) you can have better, faster, or smarter,
i took the hammer, which has 70 charges and makes items faster!
has 13points strength
