    As an 11 shaman, I found the best way to kill them was to root their pets, then start nuking and DoTing the owners, then repeat on the pet.

    These guys con yellow to me at level 13 and their dogs (forgot name) con blue. They do not seem all that hard for a group of two, perhaps a solo would have trouble.
