best to kill em is animist+chanter+chanter+menta+ warden+bard+2 melees becouse animist pet cant pull em if u set ur pets wise.

With a good PBAoE group, you can kill this quickly, and safely, and get some nice drops:

Gem Flecked Ring
Gem Covered Belt
Loyalist Scale pieces
Jewel Spiked pieces
Balanced Asterite weapons/shields
