They have a special little skill called "See Hidden" means all these stealthers should be carefull if you see a sorcerer with such monster as pet.

These guys are pretty mean if they're new to you. They BAF (surprise) and have a nice little heat nuke. They are a great xp MOB however, and also drop Saph seals. (Great for a lower 40's group)
Best way to go about killing them is stacking with a Mana Eld/chanter. Just watch out, they come in so quickly that using a tank order is a little difficult sometimes.
Finally, be mindful, most mobs will just come in 3's for a group of 8. These things will come in 4's pretty often.
