I killed thousands of fairies there over an hour one day, with no spawn, and the next day she spawned after killing maybe 100 fairies.

She is OJ to my current lvl 47... she is right above the well, and surrounded by highly aggro fairies.

The trumpet message is big and blue, easily distiguable from the white messages as regular fairies die. She spawns right over the well and can't get pulled off. She will keep nuking until you move out of her range.

"Chargeting teh ewll" with only half a group is not recommended. =)
