Everytime we went after him, he showed up at night with his buddy not too far ahead or too far behind him. Stay on the little bumpy spots around the lake with the other elementals and he'll cross your path eventually.

Anyone got any coordinates on this guy? I searched for about 3 real time hours in the area sw of the seithkona camp with no success - is he a night spawn only?
