They spawn around 60,15 and another spot at 42, 12

Ive never seen this guy Im a level 13 pally and Ive been fighting down here since level 6 Ive never came accross this guy.. Maybe he does exist. but ive never seen him.. If hes actually down here everyone must watch out he will stomp you.

Are you sure you're in the right section? Llyn Barfog was pretty tough to me at around level 19 or so. Level 6 would see nothing but a buncha purples.
