He's a named Gabriel Hound, conned red to me at 46 and oj to me at 48. Killed him twice, one time he dropped a cloak called Immolated Hound Skin Cloak. I gave it away, it was a level 48 cloak I think, with poor bonuses for any class. Very nice red-orange color though.
