I didn't fight her before or any of the Lammia's, except I was with a group camping outside of Krondon & a cabby pulled her & I was the only tank to fight her, she was conning yellow to me when I was at 39, I prevent fighting her to be able to get a dragonfly to Cliffton, your survival in that area depends on your faction with the Lammia, the merchant who sells the ticket to Cliffton in Caer Diogel won't speak with you when you have a bad faction with them.
to raise the faction you have to kill the undeads anywhere in SI or you can kill the drakorans, the orcs also raises the faction, kill them & you'll be OK. I have friendly faction with them & can walk between them without any fear to be attacked :).

In Avalon Isle at 38 these were yellow - red for me at 39 they are all mostly yellow with one or two orange. The Lammia Enchantress's also drops a Sundering Jewel. Level 38 with Thrust 1 pft, Flexible 2 pts, Two Handed 3 pts and Hits 11 pts.
