I have done this bounty quest (kill task). You kill the "venerable mammoth" and give the "Venerable Mammoth Hide" to Vaetild for xp. I got 12,044,975 xp at level 49 (NOT saying that is the level requirement).

He will give out a kill task for Venerable Mammoth hides. Not sure on the exact name of the Kill Task item as I have yet to get one.

Venerables can be found in the mammoth valley (NE corner of Grip Mts. or due east of the crater in Delling.
