Self-Proclaimed King Dulgar  

The king is in the Base of the Lighthouse next to the Viking camps. You have to clear the ramp up to the lighthouse (all red/grape to 50 mobs). Once clear, you enter the lighthouse and go down the spiral stairs. He is inside, surrounded by about 6 Grape Water Elemental looking pets that he sends after you when you attack. Haven't beat him yet, but still working on it. :)
