I was soloing these with my 30 Valewalker. Tough battle but I can usually come out with about 10-25% HP left. They have an instant Dex debuff they cast. This makes them a real bugger to solo at this level since I rely on my styles to win. I think I will hold off on them for another level or so to increase my odds of winning.

Yes they aggro on you. Let an archer pull, or mezz it, then hit it with the archer.
My stratics with these horsies are:
Mezz, 2 bowman hit it pulling aggro, tanks go melee, eld(s) go on the back of the pook, and hit it with their bolts. Then some DD spells, and maybe some debuffing if available.

I have had 3 different cloak drops from these beasties. All similar level cloak , 35 I think

I found a Bogey Man's Mantle on one, level 10 magic item. +4 str +4 dex +4 % slash resistance.
Too bad I had a +5 dex +5 emp cloak from Treibh heh....;)
