these come with a blue con to 50 black steed,
and they are headless and have a whip!
so maybe they have been changed
DO NOT kill steed first or it will spawn a higher con steed!
kill dullahan, and his horse dies too
ifyou watch the meadow after daybreak,, the steeds (which you mostly cnat target) that are left....flop over and die! spooky

I am lvl 47, and have taken to camping these. They are oj, and I focus-pull them. They are giving me really decent exp, and I have even gotten a couple Horseshoes. They only spawn at night, so during the day I have to find something else :).

I accidentaly pulled one yesterday, near Innis Carthaig, and it killed a guard without taking any damage.

Luckily after that the other guards did their jobs :)
