We killed him last night...nothing too hard but he has beetween 4 and 7 orange or red lion with him each time he spawns. Just kill the lions and then take care of him. Killed him with 3 clerics, 1 mercenary, 1 paladin, and 1 reaver and it was REALLY easy.
If you are fighting and he passed beside you it's automatic agro so make sure your not fighting when he's around. VERY long spawn rate and he moves a pretty large zone but will never go north of the river.
