Centaur Lookout  

Some notes for Minstrels -

There are lookouts all over Arbor Glen & Green Glades. There is a camp of them near the ML9 entrance/kertrom clops shield mob encounter. There are also some scattered around the chiefs area, and come behind Eramai's rock. Hands down the best ToA pet I have found for farming orange/red mobs. The lowest ones are level 59 and I've had no trouble spam charming them. A buffed one seems to nuke every second or so, and they can drop mobs up to level 60 before they get into melee range (although I usually stun the incoming mob, just to make sure.) It's an absolutely outstanding pet if you are farming for scrolls. For artifact encounters, I still prefer a tank pet such as a Centaur Guard (2H Crush), Impaler or Spearman. Lookouts also PBAE Nuke when surrounded and set on the aggro setting I think.
