U can find them along the river in Jamtland around loc 36k 25k, some con green to lv 50, rest u just have to shoot off to get higher to spawn.

Correction; only the tan ones con green to lv 50 at this location.

I found the sprites in the gorge at 413165,587256 North of Dun alliance just barley south of the river.
