Well I found them myself.
When you enter Uppland then just go left on top of the mountain.
I found them at Loc 29000, 58600.

I have been running around to find this Wyvern for this "Blessed Enchantments" quest and can't find it.
I killed some Young Wyverns but that didn't help then I found a Savage Wyvern and got my *** kicked.
So The Wyvern must be called Wyverns or something but where are they???
