ok, first, you sprint a bit to get just out of the mobs range, THEN you use the speed buff while your ahead of it, it is not rocket science.

this spell is used to runaway from mobs or players in RvR VERY HELPFUL!!!

What is the point of this spell? You can't use it in combat and it only lasts 20 seconds so it's useless for traveling.

It seems to drop if you get hit.. which is every time with me... Never had it last 20 seconds. Usually, one second, I'm hit, then, I wind up dying.
