Not only can you cast this while being beat upon, you can cast it while attacking a baddie that won't leave you alone. You can also cast it while in the middle of casting another spell!
If you're healing someone and see that you're not going to have time to cast an additional heal for someone else, all you have to do is target that player, hit your Insta-Heal(tm) hotkey and viola, they're healed. And then the original heal you were casting ALSO goes off on your original player!
This spell line is priceless! I've only had it for a couple of days now and I lost count as to how many lives it's saved...

This spell is instant cast so it works while you are getting attacked or moving or anything. The 15min recharge time sux but still if you are low on mana and about to die, this spell can save your butt...or your friends butt. I can't wait for Bith's Bension at skill 23. The 50% instant group heal will surely impress the chicks. :P
