you guys might be using eq that has bonus to hammer. remove all your eq to see if your hammer is really at level 6

I don't think you can get the specials until you are the equal level to the weapons ability. I'm a 10 Thane and I keep my hammer skill equal to my level and I have all of the styles I'm supposed to.

I trained in level 6 on hammer spec and i didn't receive this ability
