Ive seen mobs fumble, but very very seldom, and correct me if im wrong but you rarely fumle, except when fighting against considerably higer apponents, so this skill will only be usable while hunting low level PC's... :)
Fine by me, gonna kick some hib buttoxes anyway...

Has anyone been able to use this skill? I have never seen a mob fumble yet :)

I think this is probably more usefull in RvR when you will encounter PCs fumbling :)
