It only works after a block, the parry was durring Beta-Testing before they streamlined all the blade skills so that more people could use them.

Can anyone confirm this is to be used after a parry as the game says block when you right click. Anyone out there had it work after a parry as I have yet to see that.

Only worked after a block for me, just like the icon says, not the description here.
