You can't send items across servers if that's what you are asking.

Tells can go Cross server and Cross Games
https://www.everquest.com/news/imported-eq-enus-50962

Some items are by Acct so they can be claimed Global on different servers from where they were gotten from
KRONO should show up on all accts no matter the server

You can Free Copy your toon and items to the TEST SERVER and even Beta Server when its up
/testcopy characterName

Beta has a lot of things that need to be done so and its only up one a year
