How do I access iLvl 119 gears :: Dark Age of Camelot

Hello,

Being back in the game for a month now, I am mostly geared in iLvl 118 gears, but my iLvl is stuck at 117. How do I unlock ilvl 119 gears? Quest/Mission or it is simply the ilvl you reach with your gear?

Its based on the average ilvl of your gear, you can hit 119 if you have 119 weapons and armor. Easiest 119 gear would come from doing Intermediate RoE questline for skirmish gear.
