Bow'sFollow

Just interested in finding out how much of a negative (or positive)it is for a character to use a weapon (in this case a bow) that is to high for them.

Will it still work as effectivly for the lower level character with range and damage etc as it would if you were the equivalent or higher level to the item.

Or is the only negative the fact that you have to repair it more often or will a low level just not be able to use it effectively at all i.e. only getting a certain percentage of the possible damage/range etc.

An example would be a lvl 26 scout using a lvl 47 bow. (bow of ill rune i think or something close to that)
