Is there a site (or does anyone know) that shows how often we get new tomestones? Im trying to use knowledge and patch releases based on 2.0 and 3.0 to determine if its possible to get 2 full sets of (lets use creation for example) creation ear when you factor in weekly limits, before the next patch that replaces creation comes out.

Based on my math it takes 11 weeks to fully upgrade a job (not counting weapon), so 22 weeks for two, so lets round up to 24. Thus it takes 6 months to fully gear 2 jobs with tomes sooo the question is do we get next tomes before that time period or around the same time (or even better, after)?

New tomestone tiers are rolled out with new raid tiers. That happens in even-numbered patched (x.0, x.2, x.4). Patch cycles are generally about 3-4 months. So 6-8 months between raid tiers is going to be about right (give or take, these are patches not phases of the moon). So if you're getting all 450 of your capped tomestones per week, then in 6 months you'll have about 10,800 tomestones. I don't know the math on getting a full set of gear, but visit then vendor with a calculator and figure it out.

rarely have a seen 4 months in between patches though it does happen (like this current patch for example) but 90% of the time its 3 months, based on my math it would take 6 month to gear up two jobs meaning i t finish just in time to start it all over again meaning. I can forget about having time to play other games in between patches (yup weekly restrictions definitely need to go lol)
