I want to return, but lost Square-Enix AccountFollow

Hello everyone,

I used to be a BST main on Siren in FFXI, but I quit a few years ago, about the time that FFXIV first failed, because my whole Linkshell moved to FFXIV and I didn't want to move to what seemed like a failed game. By the time SE had mostly fixed FFXIV I had lost all interest, and my Linkshell had totally disbanded by then. But, the itch has always been there, and the only reason I haven't started FFXIV is because I lost all access to my Square-Enix account, because of the One Time password, my fob died and I don't know if I can unlink my account from the fob anyway.

Can anyone help me out or guide me to recovering my account and removing the one time password from the fob? And no, I don't have physical access to the fob anymore, plus I remember how ultra difficult it was to convince SE to do an account recovery back in the day (about 2011).
