I'll probably just switch back and forth to try for the best of both worlds. I really need to get some better luck with Kadala and that calls for speedy shard farming.

I was trying this "shotgun" build out last night on my Crusader for doing some T1 Rift runs. It looked pretty sketchy on the surface, but actually works quite well. The survivability is simply amazing, and overall efficiency seems quite good.
Also lucked out with Kadala and picked up a set helm, but not the same set as the chest I had found earlier.

I also picked up a legendary potion last night, had no idea they even existed.

I didn't either. That's pretty cool.

Also, OMG. Smiley: laugh

I have one of the potions, it is nice.

If you are able to solo T1, group up and run T2 (you are 70 by now, ya?) bounties/rifts. When you get enough Trial shards, or heck 1 or 2, jump up to T6 and run G.Rifts.

Don't bank on Kadala giving you good stuff. There is a chance, my monk got really lucky with her, I blow all bloodshards on WD (for a weapon) and have got nothing.

Well, of course you can't assume you'll get everything you need from shards by any means. But by focusing on optimizing shards, you also roughly optimize XP gains, which is a nice benefit as well. Add in the fact that I have several pieces of gear that are decent but could be great if the RNG on enchanting would just pay off and you might come to the same conclusion that I have. At this point, any legendaries, good or not, will be a fairly useful thing for me.

And while Kadala hasn't been giving me anything great, gambling with her does pop out the occasional legendary.

Edit: I was looking through some guides on the oboards and found a list of legendaries only from horadric caches and which act to run through. I may be the only one who finds it useful, but if not, then I'll be glad I shared it.

Gloves of Worship are dope. I have/had most in that list. When I solo I put them gloves on with my Nem Bracers. Extra boss and 10min shrine effects (on some, not all..smart Blizz) can get my WD pretty buffed up even more :D

This is the Crusader build I generally run: http://www.d3head.com/calculator/skill#zMVzupc8MzCqg8zzjQ28mzkOd8mzEmH8mzrKZ8zDdC8zLzF8zC2b8zC4w

I swap in Indestructible on HC characters.

I've been pretty lucky with her. And she does have set items also, albeit less so than legendary. Rng is Rng....

I'm currently running a variation of the build from this video. This is what I'm running with the modification. I switched out hydra for meteor since I have the staff that makes white mobs run into the path of the incoming meteor. Also, I really like spamming meteor more than just running around or spamming twister, though if I can get the hydra wand, I'll probably be switching. I was using Meteor Shower, which is brutal on large groups, but it's not as effective on rift guardians.

If someone's feeling stuck on lower difficulties, I don't really mind carrying folks in T6 and such with my DH trying for better RoRGs and such. Bigger issue might just be catching me in the mood to specifically play. Can just toss me a PM or something with your handle and I can send a friend request.

I have the boots of disregard on my Monk, and the gloves of worship. I have shoulders that I don't equip any longer because of the stats, but keep in my bag to switch into before clicking on shrines - they cause a yellow elite to spawn when you click. I forget their name.

Nem's is the item for summoning at a shrine. I have Nem's Bracer.

Blizz was "smart" with the Gloves or Worship, would have been to uberleet to let ALL shrine effects last 10min lol. I think there are a few that are not effected: The massive Def one (you almost take no damage), the lighting one (the one you really want, when in a heavy mob rift), and the cool down one, and I think the speed movement one.
When I got my gloves i really had hoped that they all lasted 10min, as I was about to become a God... Smiley: lol

I think that those aren't shrines. I think they're called "Pillars".

Also, I got the Kulle Aide potion as my first legendary pot. It is much lulz. And Kadala has paid off with a piece of Firebird's for me. One more piece and I'll have enough to be willing to lose my Tal'rasha bonuses.

Pillar/Shrines. They are the same. The White/Yellow glow sticks that give you a buff.

In "heaven" they look (to me) like Water fountains.

I was wrong. It wasn't pillars. It's apparently pylons. I require additional ones.

Video of a Crusader solo clearing a Greater Rift 44 without Pylons or the 'team leaves at some point' cheese tactic.

I really enjoyed watching the video and he gets bonus points for having the Wutai theme in his playlist.

Another video this time a Greater Rift 41 clear. But in Hardcore Mode. Sure it is a Demon Hunter, who are rather strong right now. Still impressive.

If they had both bundled for $20 or less, I'd buy them. But not for $40.

ESPECIALLY not this long after release.

Just logged in for the first time in a while. Reducing the gem quality and gold required to re-roll on rings and amulets is so nice. Some times I had to basically give up on gear because it got to be too expensive to roll the stat I needed.

Anybody know when Season 1 ends?
