In an hour or so, I leave to drive from Northwestern Ontario to Montreal. In the winter. In an '01 Altima, with all-season tires, and like, no money, and as of yet nowhere to stay when I get there.

The **** is wrong with me haha

Sounds like the start of a horror movie.

A horror movie, but the killer will be Canadian, and thus unfailingly polite. You'll die, but he'll clean up your car so your folks don't have to do it.

Watch out for pig farms. Take routes that don't pass any.

I made it alive, had a surprsingly amazing night in Sudbury, and ate at an all-night poutine restaurant when I got to Montreal. I could get used to this way of living..and now the bridge that is my only option for getting home is broken, my vacation might last longer, whatever will I do?

Sounds like what you get after eating under-cooked shellfish.

Sorry, I was compelled to do it.

You know when people talk about burning bridges they don't mean it literally.

The only thing I know about Sudbury (and honestly the only reason I've heard of it before) is that it's one of the cities waaaaaay up north in Empire Builder, where you can get Nickle. I'm sure it's "nice" though. Smiley: smile
