Rift Soul Builder not workingFollow

When I use the soul builder I can put points in the first tier of abilities, but the second tier doesn't become available even after maxing the first tier. The arrow in the middle extends, but the abilities stay grayed and don't allow me to put anything in them.

Need a lot more info than that. All Callings or just one, Browser, OS, etc.?

Sorry, it happens with all callings, I'm running Vista, but my GF is running windows 7 and the same thing happened, we are both running Chrome.

I have the same problem all of the callings all of the soul trees i cant put points past the first teir

Having the same problem, tried with all the callings in Chrome, Opera, Internet Explorer and Firefox, running windows 7
