I had to hire someone to hack my old email because you guys kept charging my credit card and wouldnt stop even after being asked nicely since I had no access to this account for over 9 months. refund all the charges please I only ask here because you guys NEVER responded to my email requests to stop stealing my money.

Whoever you e-mailed about this, we obviously didn't recieve it. A post here such as this one would have recieved immidiate attention, even from a different account created specifically to say "hey, my account is being rebilled please stop it". Or you could have escalated the e-mail when you didn't get a response and sent it to different people. We have recieved similar requests during the time period you were being billed. Insults and accusations when you failed to either follow up months ago, or cancel the charges when you noticed them and didn't recieve a response is not likely to help your cause.

That being said, I'll kick this up the chain and see if anything can be done.

As for the issue at hand, I have searched my gmail for your real name, your account name and email and have nothing from you. I do not delete emails per a requirement of my job. Perhaps you used another email to contact us?

As for refunds, we do not issue refunds as stated in our TOS and FAQ. There are several ways to contact us and as you can see, you've gotten an immediate reply. You did not have to access that account to contact us, you could have emailed any number f our emails, posted under any account, or even called. I see you have deactivated your auto renewal and you will no longer be charged after your current subscription.

Kao Your the one I did mention this too before you told me to email accounts@allakhazam.com which I did back in dec/jan the last time you guys billed me... you said i might be able to get a refund and yet there was no responce.... ever

I possibly could have mispelled the email when I sent it but I never got a "Mail system failure this email does not exist" like I do when I mispell friends emails so I assume I sent it correctly but not from email associated with this account which I have had 0 access to for at least two years til today.
