No More 3 or 6 Month Option for Premium?Follow

Got a renewal email stating that my card was rejected, forgot to change over the expired card, so I went to renew with the new card and there was only an option to renew for 1 month or 12 months. However, http://www.zam.com/premium.html has a list for 3, 6 and 12 month options. Is this an oversight or is the other options taken off the table? If the options are being removed, may want to update the price chart so that others don't get confused.
