EVERY cleric needs this. This item is essentially identical to the 'Ancient Sacrificial Goblet' dropped from skeletal druids in the tree room at barrows, except that it is +3 to all cleric skills instead of +2. I found mine off a Granite Giant Herdsmen. I'm not sure but I think it only drops off them, and the item is pretty rare because I have only found one so far.
