After wandering around the Bloodfelag camp and surrounding area for a few day/night cycles I finally got Old Smoke. He spawned right next to the camp, loc: 35879, 31346.

Good item, too long respawn time.

This stone is a one time drop off of old smoke a named sveawolf packleader. He spawns in W. Svealand fairly close to the blodfelag fortress and apparently is uncommon spawn.

Go to the adlutien guard tower and head west. There will be 2 turns to the right go past them. After those and before a bloodfleg village is a wolf named old smoke who flagged yellow at lvl 15
