Silvered Faded Chain Silksteel Boots  

At 80% quality this item is junk, just like the useless dull weapons that drop. Salvage it for scrap and got get some /real/ armor from a crafter. I get better AF from 85% mithril than I do from 72AF silksteel at 80% quality. If it says "faded", "dull" or "rusted", don't bother!
