Nature Affinity in my Stas went from 13 + 2 = 15 which is good but i did not recieve Nature Affinity Spells (The Level 14 Druid Teeth of the wild and level 15 Druid wither (DOT))...Not good ..I emailed Support ...hope it is fixed

Any adds you get from items, rings, armor, weapons, etc increase the "power" of the spell line. It is just a buff to the spell line. Results are you wither dot will hit X levels harder but no new spells that require actual training.

Can you imagine loosing an advanced line of spells everytime your ring needed repaired? :)

What does the +2 nature on the ring do?

If I recall correctly, this is a side item you get while doing the level 15 epic quest. This is dropped early on when you kill the Blademaster to go see the Old Hermit
