Appealed it as a bugged item, but I have never heard the status of any appeal so who knows.. Kind of a waste to complete epic if the items you get dont work.

charges are nothing. Bugged item, apparently. If you have this item after the 1.50+ patch, does it still read as charges?

Least I know that, trying every conceivable situation, the "******* helm of honour does nothing" :(

After last patch this helm suddenly developed 5 Magical Charges. If anyone has a clue what the charges are and if they are rechargable let us know.
