I killed Isilyn, the Bwgan near the merchants, and obtained both his necklace (for minstrels) and this sheild, what a deal! lucky me. Also drops from renegade guards.

am i the only person that got the singed fellwood shield? i cant see it on the list any where and im not sure how i get it on the list. from what i remember it had 2% heat resist +2str +2 shield

Was soloing some corrupt guards in Llyn Barfog and got one of these. Also got lion embossed greaves.
Too bad I'm a scout and wear studded, and use SMALL shields. Ahh well, nice for a guildmate!
