I got this cloak yesterday night. I've been trying for weeks to get it and last night was my lucky night. I can say that it dropped off of a svendo. I would also point out that there were two people in my group over lvl 30. (one was 31 and the other was 32). I received it at lvl 27. Real sweet cloak! It is exactly like the wretched cloak the only difference is it is surrounded by a yellow border (when dye is removed). Rare drop good luck to all in getting one of your own. :)

Is this cloak patterned or anything? By the name I would think it would look something like the Wretched Cloak, but I could be wrong.

I got this cloak at level 27 although I'm not sure what dropped it as we killed a mob of svendos, ogres and yowlers in quick succesion. Although I should point out that there were a few level 30+ guys in my group at the time.

Nice skald cloak, looks like I can finnaly ditch my Cape of the mother wolf for this.
