have seen 2 in about 100 pookas, nothing special we did to cause the drop..this should not be considered common

One droped last night, but ya I would not call them common I only saw 1 drop in like 100 Pookahs

I have camped pookahs form lvls 21 to 27, I must have killed 300+ pookahs and have never seen this drop how can they rank it common? If anyone has any tricks to finding one plz post.
