This is a great item, especially for an armsman who does not get much in the way of anything for the jewelry slot.

only one thing an arms got so many hp
i think its a good caster item because my lvl 24 wiz has only 330 hp that 21 hp matters ! =)

Got this as a drop from Keltoi Initiates, pretty nice item as you probably wont have anything good in the jewelry slot at this point in the game.
