The previous info was good as the "non-upgraded" staff after completing The Feud quest, which is :
Intelligence : 6 pts
Light Magic : 14 lvls
Mana Magic : 14 lvls
Base DPS : 7.2

I happened to speak with Lasrina (in Howth) and she said to give her the Aged Stone Staff. She said she had something better. Indeed she did. She had a Runed Stone Staff Int +6, Focus bonuses of 17lvls in Light, Mana, and Enchantments. Picture coming soon!
